• Affiliate Members of the Association: Includes registration for 1 representative & Table Fee $600
• Non-Gold Sponsor/Non-Members: Includes registration for 1 representative & Table Fee $750
• All Additional Company Representatives: $90.00

There is a limit of 25 tables max, and they will be provided on a first come, first serve basis.
